September stamp of the month

This month it was my friend/partner Shalayne's turn to come up with an idea for the blog hop. We are both really into the shaker cards right now, and I love what she came up with!

Chalk It Up Card

Just wanted to share a card I made using one of my new favorite paper packs "Chalk It Up," and a cute new stamp set "My Happy" a new M size stamp for only $2.95! The heart Lagoon washi tape is another one of my new favorite items from the catalog!

Pictured above is my creation that I made using the August SOTM set 'What a Hoot'. This stamp of the month has an obvious theme that is adorable for Halloween, but I LOVE anything to do with owls so I created a birthday card that can be used year round!
